Judy Hansler

Judy Hansler, Energi Personnel’s Vice-President of Operations is a lifetime Midland resident with roots planted deep in the Permian Basin soil. After graduating from Robert E. Lee High School she began working in a retail floral shop for over 14 years learning the ins and outs of retail business and customer service. In 1991, Judy became an outside sales, media rep for a #1 radio station. Judy and her Husband Fred opened Energi Personnel in 1993. While growing Energi Personnel Judy has earned four prestigious certifications: Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist and Certified Personnel Consultant from the National Association of Personnel Services and Technical Staffing Certified and Certified Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association. She has held several positions on the board of Permian Basin Association of Personnel Consultants and the Texas Association of Staffing.

Fred Hansler

Graduated with BS in Mathematics/Engineering from University of Texas of the Permian Basin in 1982. Fred began his Career with Snelling and Snelling as a Recruiter. He earned his Certified Personnel Consultant certification from National Association of Personnel Consultants. The next several years he served as General Manager of Snelling and Snelling and Adia Temporary Services in Midland and Odessa. Fred left those positions to start and independent staffing services, Energi Personnel with his Wife Judy in 1993.

Christopher Deeds

Christopher Deeds is the District Manager for Energi Personnel. He started with Energi in August of 1999 as office support and quickly moved into a recruiting admin position that taught him the basics of employment practices and more importantly employment law. Christopher became a recruiter in 2001 where he helped Energi break revenue records for all consecutive years. Christopher became branch manager of the Odessa office of Energi Personnel in September of 2005 and built the current team of winners into record breaking employees. Christopher is a Certified Personnel Consultant as well as a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist.


Tonya Baker

After completing her education at Texas Christian University, Tonya moved to Midland in 1998 where she worked for Hobart Carter as well as both BH Management and Weidner Apartment Homes. Tonya joined EnergiPersonnel in August of 2006 as a recruiter after a long career in apartment and property management. She recruits for clerical and industrial positions as well any professional positions for various clients throughout the Permian Basin. Tonya is a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist.
